Data controller
The data controller is GREENDOY (a French EURL), publisher of the Phylar service — 58 rue de Courbevoie, 92000 Nanterre, France, contact@phylar.fr. For any question regarding your data, you may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at contact@phylar.fr.
Data we collect
We collect: (i) the data you provide when requesting a demo or contacting us (email address and any information you share); (ii) browsing and audience-measurement data, only if you consent to it (see “Cookies”).
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to respond to your requests and present our services (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest), and to measure and improve the site's audience (legal basis: your consent).
Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics). These cookies are only set after your explicit consent, collected via the dedicated banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function do not require consent.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by our technical sub-processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Google (audience measurement). As these providers may be located outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) govern such transfers.
Retention period
Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted or archived in accordance with regulations. Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@phylar.fr.
Complaints
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.
